Basic Salary
We determine employees' basic salary based on key information such as their highest education level, years of service, professional titles, and qualification certificates. The entire group implements the same standard.
Performance Bonus
We have formulated scientific performance evaluation plans and corresponding compensation schemes based on employees' job roles and work performance, and performance bonuses are distributed monthly according to the agreed-upon proportion.
Year-end Bonus and Special Awards
Year-end bonuses are issued based on the annual business performance according to the month-end proportion; for employees and teams who perform exceptionally well during the year, we also provide various excellence awards to recognize and reward outstanding employees/teams promptly.
